Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Flowyce, an AI-assisted UX research and analysis service supplied by ANGHEL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. ("we", "us", or "Flowyce"), CUI 52188986, Trade Registry J2025053838000, with registered office at Intr. Clopotului 5, Bl. 5, 22, Timișoara, Timiș, Romania, 300494. By creating an account or continuing to use Flowyce, you agree to these Terms. If you use Flowyce for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Flowyce provides UX scorecards, synthetic user testing, heuristic evaluations, journey mapping, prioritisation tools, personas, engagement analysis, outreach assistance, and related reports for websites, web apps, and mobile products. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your trial or subscription.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and at least 16 years old; consumers under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

4. Trial, subscription, and credits

New eligible accounts currently receive a 30-day trial with 100 credits and no payment card required. The current Pro plan is USD 29 per month and includes 1,000 credits per monthly billing period. Current pricing and included usage are shown before checkout and take priority if they differ from this page. Different analyses use different numbers of credits, which are displayed near the relevant run action. Credits measure access to features; they are not stored money, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless we expressly state otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We may change future prices or allowances with reasonable advance notice; the new terms apply from a later renewal, subject to applicable law.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles checkout, billing, payment processing, invoicing, taxes, cancellations, and monetary refunds under its Buyer Terms. A failed or overdue payment may cause paid access to be limited or suspended.

Our Refund Policyoffers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Your inputs and outputs

You retain your rights in URLs, screenshots, files, prompts, descriptions, and other material you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, process, and transmit Inputs only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Notice. As between you and us, you may use generated reports and other outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and a lawful basis to submit Inputs and use outputs.

Do not submit special-category, highly sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary third-party personal data. If you process personal data through Flowyce for another person, you remain responsible for your controller obligations and required notices or permissions.

7. AI outputs and human review

Flowyce uses generative AI. Outputs can be incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate and may vary between runs. Synthetic personas and simulations generate research hypotheses; they do not replace studies with real participants. You must review outputs and use appropriate professional judgement before acting on them. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, accessibility-certification, or other regulated professional advice, and we do not guarantee a particular business result.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Flowyce to:

• break the law, facilitate fraud or spam, impersonate others, or create deceptive deepfakes;
• submit hateful, exploitative, abusive, or illegal content;
• infringe privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights;
• introduce malware or interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards or usage limits, or access accounts without permission;
• resell or redistribute the service except under a separate written agreement; or
• use outputs without checking their accuracy and suitability for your context.

We may filter or refuse requests, remove or restrict unlawful or infringing content, and investigate suspected abuse. Rights holders may report alleged infringement to info@sixyce.com. We may suspend repeat infringers and cooperate with lawful authority requests.

9. Our intellectual property

Flowyce, its software, interfaces, evaluation frameworks, documentation, branding, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative services from our technology unless law expressly permits it.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Flowyce available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently unchanged operation. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features. If a material change significantly reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and honour any remedy required by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, infringement, or repeated serious policy violations. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. After termination, access ends and data may be retained or deleted under our Privacy Notice and legal obligations. Contact us before closure if you need to export information available through the service.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowyce is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. For business customers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, goodwill, or data, and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for Flowyce in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Consumer remedies and conformity guarantees required by Romanian or EU law remain available.

13. Indemnity for business use

If you use Flowyce for business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your unlawful Inputs, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent the claim was caused by us. This clause does not apply to consumers.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Business disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Please contact info@sixyce.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Romanian consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through anpc.ro.
