1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

ANGHEL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases of Flowyce. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of the relevant charge. This guarantee applies in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email info@sixyce.com. Include the email address used for the purchase and enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send full payment-card details.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. The time needed for the funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your financial institution. Taxes and currency conversions are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

4. Cancellation is different from a refund

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal and normally leaves access available until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already made. A refund for an existing charge must be requested as described above.

5. Failed analysis runs and credits

If a metered Flowyce analysis fails before completing, the credits charged for that run are automatically restored where our systems can identify the failure. A credit restoration is an in-product usage adjustment and is not a monetary refund. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money.

6. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights, those rights are not limited by this policy. The 30-day guarantee is intended to be at least as favourable as the ordinary 14-day withdrawal period for eligible EU distance contracts. Nothing in this policy waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
